One trend that has been around for many years and still going strong is personalisation. Making your client’s experience with you unique and providing those wow moments. It can be as simple as asking about their holiday/family/health etc to actually offering a bespoke service tailored to their needs. I was watching a programme last night about the Savoy hotel and when they have repeat visits from loyal guests they add extra touches to their rooms e.g. pillows and robes with their initials embroidered. Now, I appreciate the guests are paying through the nose to stay there but it will be these little touches that make them chose the Savoy the next time they are in London.
